If you are over 28 weeks pregnant the Department of Health is recommending that you have a vaccination to protect your baby against whooping cough.  There have been a number of reported outbreaks in our area.  Please contact reception to arrange an appointment.

  NHS Physiotherapy Service

From April 2013 the NHS physiotherapy service accessed from your GP practice will be provided by Sussex Community NHS Trust (SCT) and not your local GP.

Please see changes to services under MSK Integrated Care Services.

Who are Sussex Community NHS Trust?

We are the main provider of NHS community health services in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

From 1st April we will provide physiotherapy clinics at the following sites:

• Arundel & District Hospital • Pulborough Medical Centre

• Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital

• Selsey Medical Centre

• Henfield Medical practice

• St. Richard’s Hospital Physiotherapy, Chichester

• Loxwood Medical practice • Steyning Health Centre

• Midhurst Community Hospital • Witterings Medical Centre

Patients can also be seen by Sussex Community NHS Trust colleagues at Horsham Hospital.

Referrals to the service can be made by your GP to our central booking office or a self-referral form can be completed.

To self refer please complete the form to the best of you ability and either hand this in the surgery or post it to Bognor War Memorial Hospital, Shripney Road, Bognor Regis PO22 9PP.
