We encourage our patients to use online services to view their test results either via the NHS app or using Systmonline as long as you have access to your detailed coded record. If you do not have access to your detailed coded record you are able to request this.

You are also able to call us on 01273 492255 after 14:00 where you shall be passed through to a member of our trained reception team or you are able to submit an eConsult.

You will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results at the time of your test so please bear this in mind before calling. It is then your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.
