The NHS physiotherapy service is provided by Sussex Community NHS Trust (SCT) and not your local GP. Please see changes to services under MSK Integrated Care Services.

Who is Sussex Community NHS Trust?

We are the main provider of NHS community health services in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

From 1st April we will provide physiotherapy clinics at the following sites:

• Arundel & District Hospital • Pulborough Medical Centre
• Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital
• Selsey Medical Centre
• Henfield Medical Centre
• St. Richard’s Hospital Physiotherapy, Chichester
• Loxwood Medical practice • Steyning Health Centre
• Midhurst Community Hospital • Witterings Medical Centre

Patients can also be seen by Sussex Community NHS Trust colleagues at Horsham Hospital.

Referrals to the service can be made by your GP to our central booking office or a self-referral form can be completed.
