Cancelling appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. 

 

Cancelling or changing an appointment

  • You can inform us on Rapid Health using the questions and admin option
  • Please reply 'CANCEL' to your reminder text
  • Cancel via the NHS app
  • Call us on 01273 492255 and select option 1 and leave yours and your appointment details.
  • Complete our appointment cancellation notification request form below. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays).
