The Henfield Medical Centre Link is a volunteer lead transport service, providing transport to the Medical Centre, local hospitals or to your dental appointments if you have no transport means available to you.

This is a service to support routine/pre-booked medical appointments only.

The Link driver cannot be booked for urgent on the day travel. Ideally please give at least 5 days’ notice. The Link service is not a replacement for an ambulance. If you decline an ambulance, you will need to take a taxi to hospital.

It is available for people in Henfield, Partridge Green and the surrounding villages.

Patients are kindly asked to make a contribution towards the costs involved by placing the amount requested in the Medical Centre link envelope which the driver will provide.

Please tell the coordinator if you would like to bring a companion, need a wheelchair or have a walking frame with you. If you have a blue disabled badge, please bring it with you.

The Link is run independently but has the support of the Medical Centre.
